Full of Sap

The last few days have been the perfect conditions for sap flow -- 40s during the day, and freezing at night. As of this posting, I already have 54 gallons of chilled sap. I'm sure I will be overflowing by the weekend and look forward to a productive boil.
I have my engineering department working on some new refinements to the filtering and bottling process, and I've received some new, more practical half-pint plastic jugs for packaging.
