Game on for Saturday, March 2nd

Nearly 100 gallons of sap! The pans are cleaned, the wood is available and nice weather is forecasted. Can't wait to try out the new bottling method into new half-pint jugs. I'm shooting for 2 gallons of syrup if all goes well. Plenty to share with all of my helpers that I hope stop by.
We're going to have to keep that fire hot and the beer cold.
