When it Rains it Pours

You can collect a lot of sap one drop at a time when the conditions are right. All the taps are producing a great amount of crystal clear sap, and I have to collect it every day to avoid any overflows. Today I collected 21 gallons! There certainly will be a great load by Monday, but the temperature may keep below freezing over the weekend which is sure to slow things down a bit.
